Shipping policy

Once your payment is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.

All orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day, this is inclusive of overnight orders.  Weekend delivery is not available. Please note we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive your package within 3-10 business days.

Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

Please reach out to customer service if you need to modify your order and we will do our best to accommodate your change depending on your order’s status. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email with your order number. Please note orders can not be canceled once they are processed for shipment.


Shipping
 

All orders are shipped business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.

Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, we are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses, and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.  Other Plants reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
